Dee Snider – ‘Prove Me Wrong’

They say we mellow with age. Dee Snider has obviously missed the memo. This new release sees the legendary Twisted Sister frontman angrier than ever as he turns in the sort of incendiary performance that hasn’t been seen since Judas Priest unleashed the seismic ‘Painkiller’ on the world.

This is a full throated, full bore and full power heavy metal blast that sends a very clear and distinctive ‘’screw you!’’ to anyone who ever doubted the New Yorker. A harder proposition than the punky glam hard rock of TS, it nonetheless has a freight train melody running through it and is destined to become as much of a rabble-rousing classic as those written with his former band.

Prove Me Wrong’ is an utter juggernaut, a song of challenge and utter defiance that proves conclusively that when it comes to a fight, you definitely want Snider on your side. After all these years, he’s STILL not going to take it.
