Following the release of his eleventh studio album, ‘We Are Chaos’ earlier this month, Marilyn Manson now releases the second single from the album in ‘Don’t Chase The Dead’.

The album has already entered the top 10 in several countries and becomes his eighth consecutively to reach the top 10 on the Billboard Top 200.

This latest offering has a solid beat running through, plenty of heavy riffs and that famous Manson gravelly drawl on top, which will keep the legions of fans happy. It also has a touch of Bowie’s ‘Heroes’ about it, which doesn’t sound out of place and gives the whole track a complex depth as you pick up the different elements throughout the record.

Accompanying the single is a video based around an art theft where a beautiful woman double crosses Manson and his accomplice (Norman Reedus), leaving one for dead and executing the other before making off with the artwork, so there’s plenty of blood and gore for the Manson faithful.

Manson continues to be something of an enigma in the world of rock music, but at the same time is consistently producing some great tunes that are winning him new fans the world over.

‘Don’t Chase The Dead’ is available now.
