Mixing big cinematic rock with a compelling and urgent indie feel, Wigan’s Shallow Waters are fast emerging as one of the most exciting new bands in the country.
With the overarching grandeur of The Verve, mixed with some heavy-duty waves of guitar a la Soundgarden, this huge and hypnotic new track displays the band in their full glory.
For a trio they manage to whip up a maelstrom of swirling sound that acts a lot bigger eternally strive for and this will draw you in and never let you go. Ambitious and fiery, Shallow Waters do certainly run deep.
