Review by Paul Monkhouse for MPM

Could there be a better way to start a new year than with a rollicking single release by the Foos?

Dave Grohl and Co have really pulled out the stops on this turbo charged rocker that kicks harder than a mule and has the wake up power of a double shot of espresso mixed with nitro.

The heaviest track they’ve released in a while, this sees the guitars very much to the fore, snarling and snapping as the drums and bass provide the wild locomotive power to push things furiously forward.

Tapping into his love of metal, this is a blistering taster to the much anticipated tenth album ‘Medicine At Midnight’ and shows that the band are as hungry as ever.

The gloves are off and the Foos have come out swinging, this bare knuckle bruiser bound to land a killer blow.

Time to shake the dust off the old year and this adrenaline soaked rocket hits its target dead on, declaring that this year is ours for the taking. Music to make you feel alive. What a rush.
