Review by Paul Monkhouse for MPM
Few bands have captured the imagination the way that German quintet Enemy Inside have, their Industrial Symphonic metal a refreshing change to the ever more crowded market.
Mixing real heft, literally bone crunching instrumentation and the soaring vocals of Nastassja Giulia, they’ve hit on a sweet spot where heaviness, power and melody combine meet.
In My Blood’ is a powerful juggernaut that slices apart the inequalities in society with surgical precision and touching depth, the band railing against the society and a clear, loud voice for the ‘have nots’.
This is no wildly polemic rant but one that expresses the anger and frustration of those left behind, wrapping the message in a swirl of punchy guitars and gloriously floating singing.

A real wake-up call, Enemy Inside have the musical firepower to tilt the world on its axis and shake the nations.
