New charges Mattie Wensor (guitar) and Tom Holland (bass) have slotted in alongside Stevie Stoker (guitar/vocals) and Jack Corbett (drums) just a matter of weeks prior to a tour of Germany supporting The Quireboys.

In readiness for the trip to Germany Twister head to Swansea for the first of a couple of warm-up shows. Following the not inconsiderable task of loading in their impressive backline up Hangar 18’s stairs the band chat, to MPM’s Gary Spiller, about refocusing and taking the first tentative steps forward bringing Mattie and Tom into the fold.

Happily sound checked and having caught their breath the lads are in fine fettle as they drive forward into 2023. Reflecting upon a first low-key local gig before heading out on the road after a few frenetic weeks getting back up to full speed. Twister are taking trouble to the Nth degree for sure!
