Guitarist Jan Euler explains: “‘Changes’ was a single candidate for us from the beginning, it shows that we have matured in songwriting and perfectly reflects our new sound. That fact we convinced Nico Sallach to take part in the song was of course the cherry on the cake. We’ve been friends for years and have been on tour together quite often during the To The Rats And Wolves era. I love Nico‘svoice and it fits wonderfully to the mood and message of ‘Changes'”.
‘Changes‘ follows Breathe Atlantis‘ previous singles ‘Overdrive‘, ‘Savior‘ and most recently ‘Earthquake‘, which featured Imminence‘s Eddie Berg. The band have also confirmed a new album is on the way – stay tuned for more details soon.
Euler concludes: “We now know where our journey with Breathe Atlantis is going. The album is done and will be out next spring. We still have some musical surprises up our sleeve and I believe it will be our strongest, most honest album yet.”
Breathe Atlantis have previously played shows with Sum 41, Memphis May Fire, Attila, Bury Tomorrow, Crossfaith and Slaves, toured Europe supporting the likes of Any Given Day, To The Rats And Wolves and Imminence, and played top slots at German festivals.
