Review by Tammy Lomax for MPM

Brighton based quartet group The Undaunted came together during the unclear times of the pandemic.

Having had a very exciting year, it’s just the start as it’s going to royally erupt for them in 2023.

Inspired by bullies and haters, their first single released was ‘Chihuahua’ alongside an excellent video.

They have presented a controlled contrast modern formula which is totally hooking, special and addictive.

Following from ‘Chihuahua’ their second single ‘Intoxicated’ was released in mid December.

It has a shed tonne of energy, running consistent with their previous single release.

‘Intoxicated’ ramps everything up from every direction, there is so much happening. You’ve got heavy chunky guitars bouncing off all tonnes of electronics and it’s impressively balanced and stable. It’s a neatly technical combination of dnb, dubstep and punk metal.

I’m excited to see what else they bring to the table in 2023, watch this space.
