Having wowed the crowd with a storming set supporting Kris Barras in Bournemouth and a hometown EP release show in their hometown Southampton they’re clearly excited to hit the road for a couple of shows.
Taking a look back at the transition from the days of Western Sand to becoming Black Water Redemption the band talk candidly about the reasoning and thoughts behind these changes and how they feel about those choices they have made a few months on.
From the emotions of making the announcement at Nozfest last year and the effects of that decision Dan, Jimmy, Tyler and Zoot lay their cards upon the table.
With the excellent ‘The Angels Share and the Devils Cut’ EP under their belt we talk about its release and look forward to their strategy for further new material in 2023. Exciting times await this most likeable of bands and we, here at MPM, wish them the very best in their ventures.
