Striving for individuality in a cookie cutter musical world threatens the sanity of most bands but Teiger seem to have pulled off the feat with aplomb.
New single ‘The Law of Diminishing Returns’ sees the London trio at their shimmering and mysterious best, it’s spiky rhythms and haunting feel somehow unnerving yet soothing.
With Talie Rose Eigeland’s distinctive voice weaving in and out of the music like some twisted game of hide and seek, you’re lost down the rabbit hole with no way, nor interest, in digging your way out of their fantastical world.
With their debut album due to land in September, this last tasty morsel from Teiger certainly whets the appetite for what’s to come and promises to be a mind-altering experience.
