Review by Paul Monkhouse for MPM

This is huge. MuddiBrooke have long been building up a formidable reputation as a compelling live act, their razor sharp anthems full of soul.

Now, with this new single it looks like world domination may be inevitable and it’s their biggest statement yet and keys into all their undoubted strengths.

With a massive guitar attack, swooping and passionate vocals, neck-snapping percussion and angular rhythms ‘Float’ has all the musicality, drama and gold standard songwriting you could ever hope for.

This may well be their finest hour yet for Anna Melidone and Harriet McDonnell and its crossover appeal is there for all to see, the punch and intelligent melodies sounding like some of the classic 90’s rock songs but with their own modern twist.

Turn it up loud and be prepared to be blown away.
