Review by Paul Monkhouse for MPM

Fast becoming one of the most fascinating and vital bands on the circuit, For The Forsaken have brought a genuine raw emotion and power to the scene.

Blending musical muscle and lyrics that are born from an unremitting catharsis, theirs is a sound unmatched by few and with some truly great songwriting and blistering live shows there’s something special here.

Whilst previous singles have shown a more vulnerable side, ‘Bring The Fire’ shows the band on pugnacious form, ready to get their bruised fists bloody, no longer the victim.

When singer/bassist Dan Hunsdon roars “If it’s a battle you want, I’ll bring a war” you can’t help but believe his intent wholeheartedly, this declaration of defiance a stand against anything that would continue to try to hold them down.

Packing a melodic and hard rocking punch, For The Forsaken are a band to truly believe in.
