BLACK REBEL MOTOR CYCLE CLUB ISSUES CEASE & DESIST TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR IMPROPER USE OF BAND’S RECORDING

Yesterday, 10^th July 2025, it was brought to the band’s attention that Homeland Security were improperly using their version of the song ‘God’s Gonna Cut You Down’ in one of their propaganda videos. 

They have ordered a Cease and Desist to DHS for the use of this song, and asked that they immediately pull down the video.

The band recently announced they would be returning to the UK and Europe to celebrate the 20^th anniversary of their 2005 seminal album, Howl.
