Monster Magnet, the New Jersey band led by Dave Wyndorf, has announced an 8 LP box set reissue of four classic albums — Superjudge (1993), Dopes to Infinity (1995), Powertrip (1998), and God Says No (2000) — out December 19 via [PIAS] Catalogue Recordings and available via indie retail only.
Individual 2 LP reissues of each album – pressed to black vinyl – will be available on April 10, 2026.

Icons of the stoner-rock sound, a status that they earned with the release of Superjudge which included the genre-defining tracks such as “Twin Earth” and “Face Down”, the band’s following releases, Dopes to Infinity and Powertrip featured breakthrough singles for the group including “Negasonic Teenage Warhead” and “Space Lord”, both of which received heavy rotation on MTV. Other songs on Powertrip; “Temple of Your Dreams” and “See You in Hell” also earned consistent airplay on rock radio stations before the album went multi-platinum.
God Says No marks the end of the A&M Records era of Monster Magnet, a time when the band was comprised of members Wyndorf, John McBain (guitar), Ed Mundell (guitar), Phil Caivano (guitar), Joe Calandra (bass) and Jon Kleinman (drums). Throughout the 90s and early 00s, Monster Magnet went on to open for the likes of Metallica, Aerosmith, Rob Zombie, Hole and Marilyn Manson.
