Finnish metal band Inherited Time has released the first single Capella from their upcoming debut album, set to be released next year.

Capella combines modern melodic metal with symphonic metal elements into a tight, rolling, sci-fi-themed track that tells the story of humanity uniting to rescue a civilization beyond the stars rather than saving themselves.

Capella, the brightest star in the constellation Auriga, served as the inspiration for the song.
