Harlequins are set to kick off the summer in spectacular style, with British rock heavyweights Hard-Fi confirmed as headline act for Big Summer Kick-Off at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham on Saturday 16 May.

Rugby meets live music in a blockbuster afternoon at the Home of England Rugby, as Quins take on Exeter Chiefs (16:00 KO) in their penultimate home fixture of the 2025/26 season – with a huge pre-match performance designed to raise the energy levels in-bowl ahead of kick-off.

Hard-Fi will bring their unmistakable indie sound back to home turf, having first forged their identity just miles away in Staines-upon-Thames. With platinum-selling albums Stars of CCTV and Once Upon a Time in the West, the band will deliver a high-energy set filled with era-defining anthems.

Supporters can expect the pre-match to come alive to iconic hits including Hard to Beat and Living for the Weekend, setting the tone for a massive day of rugby and entertainment in Southwest London.

Hard-Fi lead singer, Richard Archer said: “I used to look down at the old Twickenham stadium from my aunt’s flat, so I’m very excited and honoured to be playing at Allianz Stadium with Harlequins! It’s going to be a great day and only two stops on the train!”

Harlequins Chief Executive, Laurie Dalrymple added: “Big Summer Kick-Off is all about bringing people together for an unforgettable experience to kickstart the summer, and announcing Hard-Fi as our headline act is a brilliant way to do just that.

“They’re a band with strong local roots and a catalogue of iconic tracks that will really resonate with many of our supporters. Combining top-flight rugby with world-class live music at Allianz Stadium is something we’re incredibly proud of, and we’re looking forward to creating a fantastic atmosphere for our supporters at both on and off the pitch.”

The party doesn’t stop at kick-off. Renowned live singalong band Massaoke will keep the energy high post-match in the West Fan Village, rounding off a full day of entertainment on and off the pitch.

Tickets for Big Summer Kick-Off are on general sale now, starting from £35 for adults and £20 for under-18s. Don’t miss your chance to be part of one of the standout events of the season.
