A 4-band bill in Belfast, yes please, confession to make here, I don't really know anything about the headliners so I am looking forward to seeing them, Allegaeon I know and love, Party Cannon are definitely an event, and the openers are like the headliners, I don't know them, so this should be an interesting night, prepare for me to be drooling over guitar playing as a warning!

The Coronado Theatre in Rockford is a jewel of a venue — gilded ceilings, velvet seats, chandeliers heavy with history. But on September 6th, it wasn’t about class or culture. It was about sweat, riffs, and living proof that some bands don’t fade; they just get meaner with age.
Thankfully despite the earlier weather reports it’s a pleasant evening in Belfast. As we approach the Boucher Road the Police presence is heavy due to the sold out gig and its much awaited acts on tonight’s bill.
It may have been getting a bit chilly outside but inside Limelight 2 the heat was building. People were milling into the small, but full of character, venue.
The Sold-Out signs remain hanging proudly for all to see as the lucky ticket holders wind their way into Catton Park for Bloodstock’s final day – a fourth day of moshing mayhem awaits.

Friday nights at Stonedead are a different animal to anything else in the UK festival calendar. The main Saturday gets all the headlines with its stacked one-day line-up, but the Friday has grown into a family gathering, a pre-party that’s really more like a secret headline show in its own right.
