Wicked Sensation understand this, and ‘Face Reality’ is the sort of stadium filling anthem that’s crying out to be pouring out of every car radio on the highways and byways of Southern California.
The German sextet effortlessly bring the sunshine and lifeforce into their work and this is a 100% beef, prime example of their craft, the balance of melody and muscle precise.
With the twin guitars of Sang Vong and Michael Klein providing the irresistible one/two punch, singer David Reece brings his street tough vocals to fire along the song as Bernd Spitzner’s keys add some glorious extra colour to the mix.
If ever the world needed big, larger than life anthems it’s now and Wicked Sensation are bringing exactly that.
