Alternative rock band The Great Alone releases their debut album, Perception, via Pavement Entertainment. This release explores the intricate nature of perception through powerful and energetic rock melodies.

Founding members Vinc and Murielle share, “Perception is a dynamic rock album that delves into how we all perceive experiences differently. Through powerful melodies, Perception prompts listeners to explore their psyche by confronting nightmares and navigating the dangers that come with obsession.
The album combines ethereal and powerful vocals, impactful guitar riffs, energetic atmospheres, and piano sequences to create a collection of songs that is meant to provoke contemplation, self- discovery, and an emotional response.

Directed by Brice Hincker, “Beyond Dreams” features both beautiful and haunting depictions of vocalist Murielle as she navigates her way through a nightmare, all while contemplating her mortality. The video was filmed at Manoir 1908 in Criqueboeuf-sur-Seine, France.
The Great Alone will embark on a tour across the United States in March with Powerman 5000 and September Mourning. The tour kicks off on March 5th in Overland Park, KS, and ends on March 23rd in Salt Lake City, UT.

Vinc and Murielle formed The Great Alone in 2018. The band incorporates different atmospheres with layers of electronic sounds and choirs. The influences are vast and varied, both musically and vocally, ranging from movie soundtracks to rock, pop, metal, including the mystical sounds of certain Nordic artists.
