An innate fusion of metalcore, progressive metal, alternative rock, and pop sensibilities, their fierce sonic output is epitomised by infectious hooks against their explosive sound. The group are led by their breathtaking lead vocal tandem, a magical chemistry of bassist Kira Neil, alongside the electrifying Melbourne born, Barcelona raised front-woman Amariah Cook.
Now one of Australia’s most talked about breakthrough heavy acts, Future Static unveiled their critically acclaimed debut album, Liminality, on 24th November 2023 via Wild Thing Records – landing #1 on the Australian AIR Independent Album charts. Following taking the Australian live circuit by storm and their first international touring adventures, the release of Liminality marked the next step in the band’s hugely promising career.
In the UK, Future Static early on were championed by Alex Baker of Kerrang! Radio, announcing “big things are on the horizon for this band”. Last fall, the group concluded their first international jaunt across Europe and the UK, including dates with The Omnific, plus appearances at legendary German festivals Reeperbahn and Euroblast.
