Black Veil Brides enter a new era with Bleeders. The title track and single released on 26 April, with an EP coming 21 June.
The song is catchy and anthemic with strong vocals from frontman Andy Biersack and high powered instrumentals from the band. It’s a classic mix of hard rock and gothic vibes – that being backed further by the accompanying music video.
The video is cinematic and conceptual, blending nicely with the song – the Sweeney Todd inspired visuals create a concept for the band to play off of.
With heavy guitars by Jinxx and Jake Pitts, booming bass by Lonny Eagleton, and precise drums by CC Coma, the song shows that Black Veil Brides proves themselves a band continuing their strong sound.
The Bleeders EP looks to be promising, including a version of “My Friends” from Sweeney Todd and cover of U2’s hit “Sunday Bloody Sunday”.
