Alt.rock 4-piece Coach Party unveil their latest single, ‘Do Yourself A Favour’ out today via Chess Club Records. Accompanying the release is a video filmed at their recent sold-out underplay show/fan event at the iconic 100 Club in London.

The track itself is a powerful and anthemic offering that showcases their signature blend of infectious guitars and monster drums, full of edge and bite.

Drummer Guy Page adds “‘Do Yourself A Favour’ is our sympathy for anyone who, like us, is all about putting off important decisions, and struggles to find the drive or confidence to move forward through life’s challenges.

Procrastination seems like a self-harmless option at first, but then snowballs into debilitating rut of anxiety and lack of self-belief, mirrored by the more mellow, numb & dreamy tone to the song in comparison to other songs on our upcoming album ‘Caramel’; a record which documents both our sweet victories, and our sickly regrets.”

‘Do Yourself A Favour’ is the second single to be released from their upcoming album, ‘Caramel’. The first single, ‘Girls!’, became an instant fan favourite and spent 3 weeks on the BBC 6Music playlist. The track was premiered on Steve Lamacq’s 6Music show last night, their second premiere in a row on his show.
Coach Party recently announced a UK tour that includes a headline show at London’s Assembly Hall on February 18^th.

Coach Party are poised to make their mark on 2025 and beyond with their new album ‘Caramel’, it is a melody packed, infectious record born from the shared experiences and unity of the bands four members: Jess Eastwood, Steph Norris, Guy Page and Joe Perry. Produced by the band’s own Guy Page, it channels the introspection and bite of bands like Hole, Sprints, Turnstile, and Amyl and the Sniffers. Clocking in at 33 minutes, it’s a sharp, melody-driven record that expands on the themes of their 2023 debut ‘Killjoy’ — heartbreak, identity, and finding your voice.

The band have built a reputation for intense, sweat-soaked live shows, touring with the likes of Queens of the Stone Age, Wet Leg and Royal Blood, and making festival appearances at Glastonbury and Rock en Seine.

With ‘Caramel’, they push their sound further than ever—hook-heavy, emotionally honest, and made for the big stage.
