Steel Paws is a rock festival which raises funds for Rain Rescue. Run by married cat/kitten foster carers Phil and Donna Elsey, Steel Paws began life as Mogstock a few years ago at a small independent venue in Sheffield and became Steel Paws held at Corp this year.

We last caught Laurence Jones live for a stupendous headlining set at Upton Blues Festival back in July. Not long off tour supporting the mighty Quo it was pretty damn evident the massive effect those dates had had upon this most humble of six-stringers.
A very excited gathering congregated together in the Limelight, Belfast on a lovely sunny but cool evening. Even being a ‘school night’ there was a good-sized crowd of all hues making sure to get as close to the stage as possible as tonight they will be treated to some power metal!
