The “Thicker Than Blood” tour rolled into Minneapolis, Minnesota and the Skyway Theatre was treated to an unforgettable night of music.

A race into Nottingham started the evening of well. Sat checking ‘X’ for any set times for tonight’s show, I see the first band are on at 18:30, bugger I had previously seen that this was the ‘Doors’ time. I quickly head for the car as its 17:30.

There's something really exceptional about this time of year. July was a busy month for concerts, and August is even busier. First up for August was the “Psychotherapy Session” tour featuring Mudvayne, Coal Chamber, GWAR, Nonpoint, and Butcher Babies. Thankfully the high temperatures gave way to a nice cool night after a round of storms passed through the area during the day.

After a blistering hot couple of weeks in the Mid-West, the weather finally cooled off just enough to make it comfortable outside. But it is about to get smoking hot again as I head out for Pantera & Lamb of God in Milwaukee, WI.

Attention all metal lovers, Radar Festival is back and is absolutely better than ever. After moving from Guildford all the way up North to the city of Manchester, this year's lineup is definitely one for the books.
