No Surrender in Dark Days is the upcoming full-length album by modern metal band Horseman, delivering a powerful blend of groove-driven heaviness, aggressive modern metal and melodic depth.
The album reflects personal struggle, inner conflict and resilience, combining raw emotional intensity with a modern, tight and heavy production. Drop-tuned guitars, massive grooves and dynamic songwriting move between brutal, confrontational passages and atmospheric, melodic moments, shaping a sound that is both heavy and emotionally direct.
The album release is supported by two official single releases:
- “Codeine Cowboy” (Single Release: December 19, 2025) A dark and intense track dealing with addiction, self-destruction and emotional collapse. Crushing riffs, heavy groove and a haunting chorus introduce the overall tone and atmosphere of the album.
- “Time To Defend” (Single Release: January 16, 2025) A fast-paced and confrontational song addressing social pressure, political tension and the necessity to stand up for personal values. The track represents the more direct and aggressive side of the album.
No Surrender in Dark Days was produced, recorded and mixed by Michael Kolar at Rockstudios and mastered by Grammy-nominated Machine the Producer (Machine Shop Productions). The album is recommended for fans of Lamb of God, Machine Head, In Flames and System Of A Down.
